The Arizona Association of Environmental Education is considering incorporating paid staff into our organizational structure to help us better fulfill our mission. As an early step in this process we are benchmarking how our fellow affiliates structure paid staff within their organizations. Upon initial research some of you have a paid executive director, and some have paid administrative staff but no executive director, while others are simply board run. If you have any suggestions of insights about how your particular structure is working for you, we would love to hear about it!
