We at the Missouri River Bird Obseratory (MRBO) have been conducted place-based education programs since 2010. We've been FlyingWild facilitators and have participated with trainings on the Missouri Department of Conservation's Discover Natural Schools curricula. Recently, we piloted our placed-based "Nature School" in Arrow Rock, MO.
