Details about my experience in the environmental education field include my work as a camo counselor and canoe trip guide in Canada as well as conservation work I've done around Long Island, NY. During my time as a camp counselor / canoe trip guide, I was given the opportunity to teach campers about the importance of respecting nature and how they can do so, such as not leaving any trace of your stay during a trip, ensuring campfires are put out properly and protecting local wildlife from interacting with people or consuming any unnatural foods to them.
