In 2019, I worked as a Resident Naturalist at UGA Costa Rica (now CIEE Monteverde), where I led hikes and interactive nature education activities in the tropical forest. I also translated between English and Spanish for tour groups.

In 2020, I worked at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences in the Tropical Conservatory.

In 2023, I was a Teva Educator for Adamah at the Pearlstone Retreat Center in Reisterstown, Maryland, where I taught nature and environmental education to middle schoolers. I continued with similar work as a camp counselor at the same location that summer.

In 2024, I was the Tess Majors Endowed Naturalist at Nature Camp in Vesuvius, Virginia. I helped plan, revise, appraise, and facilitate experiential nature education to teens.
