My passion lies in teaching people about the outdoors, especially kids, and I feel education is empowering and important to set children up for success so they can walk confidently in the future. I teach forest and desert ecosystem programs that incorporate science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. When not working, I can be found exploring the outdoors through birding, running, day hiking, backpacking, canoeing, skiing, and snowshoeing.
