Evaluation can be tough to squeeze into busy schedules.  We want to not only walk you through the process of evaluation, but provide you with a variety of evaluation tools that you can use immediately.  This workshop series is part of the Collective Outcomes Colorado Project supported by the Pisces Foundation.  

As part of the workshop series, participants will have access to a suite of national and peer-reviewed evaluation tools measuring conservation, education, heath and wellness, social justice, and positive youth development outcomes.

Workshop registration includes the entire series.  We HIGHLY recommend that you attend all three workshops. 

Virtual Workshop I:  Building the Foundations for Evaluation, October 5th from 9-11am.

This workshop will introduce the Colorado Collective Outcomes and walks organizations through the process of aligning their work to the applicable outcomes.  Participants will also spend time developing and/or refining a logic model and theory of change.

Virtual Workshop II: Linking Evaluation Tools and Data Collection to your Evaluation Plan, October 26th from 9-11am.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop an evaluation plan for their work.  Using the collective outcomes identified in Workshop I, participants will explore a variety of national and state tools that can be used to measure the outcomes that align with their work.  Participants will learn how to use and adapt the evaluation tools to best work in their individual contexts.

Virtual Workshop III: Data Analysis and Communicating Results, November 16th from 9-11 am.

This workshop will bring participants together to build skills in analysis and understanding data.  Participants will work collaboratively to analyze data collected and discuss the various methods for sharing and communicating evaluation findings.
