OVERVIEW: This two-week online course will teach you how to generate graphs, charts, and animated plots from ecological datasets using data visualization packages in R. Join us as we explore the Grammar of Graphics (as implemented in ggplot2 and other packages) and Tidy data principles. By the end of this course, you'll be able to produce a variety of publication-quality visualizations using a variety of ecological datasets in R.
