What: A 45-hour accredited* experiential, reflective, course about inquiry for Middle and High School teachers.

When:  Sunday, July 14 thru Thursday, July 18, 2019

Where: NorthBay Adventure Camp on the Upper Chesapeake Bay in North East, MD.

Why: Teachers find this course fun, inspiring and restorative, and leave with fresh ideas about inquiry and action to use with their students.

Cost: $350.00 includes instruction, adventure, housing, meals and more.

What You Will Do:

• Snorkel in the Chesapeake Bay
• Assess and compare the water quality of local waterways
• Network with like-minded educators
• Conduct inquiry that leads to an action
• Visit the Havre De Grace Promenade
• Adventure on the zipline, giant swing, rock wall
• Enjoy a private screening of Freshwaters Illustrated films
• Take a peek at a new curriculum: UPRIVER: Exploring Watershed Citizenship
• Integrate social emotional learning practices
