NRES 340/540 Green & Healthy Schools: A Whole School Approach to Sustainability In this 1 credit course, participants will gain skills to engage school staff, students, and community members through Green & Healthy Schools Wisconsin. The focus of this course will be on the process of creating a more sustainable and healthy learning environment in PK-12 schools. Please note, that this course has a specific focus on PK-12 schools and priority is given to PK-12 school staff. Course Location: Online via D2L (Desire2Learn Brightspace) Required Dates/Times: April 4-May 13, 2016 online with final assignments due May 20 There are three required online evening sessions from 7-8 PM CST: April 11, 25, and May 9 Course Fee: NRES 540 Graduate Credit: $457.20 $100 for PK-12 teachers** NRES 340 Undergraduate Credit: $289.98 $100 for PK-12 teachers** **Scholarships provided by the WI Center for Environmental Education to the first 10 practicing Wisconsin PK-12 teachers.
