Mission Patagonia is an immersive international field-based education program that brings participants to Chilean Patagonia to deepen their understanding of climate, ecology, and conservation through hands-on inquiry, community engagement, and guided field research. Developed in collaboration with local experts and environmental educators, the program provides accurate, place-based learning grounded in current science while building participants’ skills in observation, investigation, critical thinking, and reflective decision-making. This expedition empowers educators, conservation practitioners, and community leaders to explore complex environmental issues, connect with global peers, and take informed action in their home communities.
