I am looking to find a research partner to collaborate with a public school to go after a large grant to expand their environmental science pilot program Project STREAM to all grade levels.

A local public school district in Youngstown, Ohio is seeking a research partner on a NSF/federal grant to expand their environmental science pilot program Project STREAM to all grade levels. This school district has the full support of administration and has a strong core group of science teachers that have been leading this program for 2 years. 

We are looking for a research partner that could lead the research and track our impact and that has experience with NSF or federal grants sch as this grant:
