The EKU Center for Environmental Education (CEE) offers P-12 teachers a 12-hour endorsement for those who want to be EE leaders in the classroom and their schools. The program has received NAAEE accreditation and is one of two programs recognized nationally by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). Per CEE's website, "Completion of the endorsement for environmental education is for persons currently in graduate programs or those interested in extending and improving their professional skills."
