Environmental Science includes a group of sciences that attempt to explain how life on Earth is sustained, how we interact with the earth, what leads to environmental problems, and how these problems can be solved. It integrates information and ideas from the natural sciences, such as biology, chemistry, hydrology, climatology, oceanography and geology, as well as the social sciences, such as economics, politics, and the humanities, including philosophy and ethics.
