This module introduces students to basic concepts of species at risk in BC, including ecosystem health; threats; historical human geography and taking action. It uses a project-based learning approach where students will be introduced to the topic, then develop field investigative skills and participate in citizen science. This resource contains links to valuable multimedia resources as well as ideas to help students connect with species at risk in their community.
