I am always on the look out for great resources that summarize how EE plays an important role in early childhood and how to implement it. Often times I feel people have the will and desire to teacher early childhood environmental education programs, but they simply lack the knowledge and direction that will start them off.  This article and website provides some good information to start that journey.
