The Wisconsin Energy Institute supports cutting-edge energy research and a variety of educational programs that leverage the research to enhance teaching and learning associated with understanding energy.

A Zoo Educator at the Birmingham Zoo in Alabama for a program called ZooSchool. I create curriculum & facilitates students becoming “big picture” thinkers through experiential learning based on state standards presented in an interdisciplinary, cooperative learning model.

I am a faculty member at the College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, teaching introductory environmental science classes. I am also a doctoral candidate at UNLV making the final push to finish a dissertation, studying how students use spatial thinking to understand complex environmental problems.
