I have been teaching for 32 years.  I enjoy going to the beach, playing tennis, and reading.

Julia Maugans is the Alternative Transportation Educator, working on transportation and environmental outreach for 3 years during their time at the University of Kentucky from where they graduated with a B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences.

I am a 3rd year teacher in a Catholic School. I teach first grade.

I am a middle school science teacher. I teach sixh grade Earth science, seventh grade Intro to Biology, and eighth grade intro to Chemistry, and Physics. I am currently at the tail end of a STEM certification program at Notre Dame of Maryland. 

I am currently serving as an AmeriCorps member (EELCorps) with WAVE Foundation at Newport Aquarium, providing my community with education surrounding marine conservation and local sustainability.

I serve Westgate Community School as the Environmental Education Coordinator. Westgate is a K-12 charter school that focuses on whole child education. EE lessons and service learning projects are incorporated weekly with support of on campus chickens, goats, barn cats, gardens, and bee hives.
