I currently work as a museum educator for a natural history museum and as an environmental educator for the parks and recreation board. My work is grounded in my desire to create inclusive and accessible EE opportunities for my community. I am also pursuing my Masters in Natural Science and EE.
I work with schools and communities to integrate EE into classrooms and local design and programming. My projects are located in the Midwest USA and around the world. I have worked with the U.S. State Department and conducted teacher training workshops in several countries.
I am dedicated to the understanding of place through observation, creation, and conversation. To me, place is the beings, materials, energy, cycles, spaces, systems, culture, communities, and stories that surround, support, and include us.
