I have been a preschool teacher for the past 20 years. I am just starting to learn more about nature-based preschool education and hope to open a nature-based preschool in the future.

I am a senior at North Carolina State University graduating with a major in Fisheries, WIldlife, and Conservation Biology: Conservation Biology concentration and a minor in environmental education and animal science. I love mentoring others and inspiring curiosity for the natural world!

The primary goal of C-StREAM is to encourage and support underrepresented students interested in leadership positions in environmental protection and restoration careers. C-StREAM endeavors to support this goal by developing inclusive career pathways that result in more diversity in the industry.
