I’m a strategy + change consultant operating through the lens of sustainability – environmental integrity, economic vitality, and social (and racial) equity. I partner with purpose-driven organizations and schools to create transformative systems change for greater social change.
I work from the heart to cultivate deep nature connection within myself and community. At Thorne Nature Experience, I manage our Evaluation, Inclusiveness, and Curriculum programs. I also manage our GOCO Inspire collective impact project in Lafayette, CO: Nature Kids/Jovenes de la Naturaleza.
I am the Kentucky Green and Healthy Schools Coordinator for KEEC. I am a certified Environmental Educator, a licensed KY Teacher, I hold an M.A.Ed. in School Counseling, and I am currently working on my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I have a Ph.D. in Entomology and over two decades of experience in education, research, and conservation, including aquatic habitat biomonitoring, natural resource outreach & education, citizen science projects, field surveys, and species & habitat management plans.
