Emma grew up in Vancouver as a daughter of European immigrants who couldn’t resist the call of B.C.’s mountains. Following her love of the outdoors, Emma has studied in Australia, Namibia, trekked through the Himalayas and completed a BSc in Natural Resource Conservation at UBC.
Retired USEPA after 38 years in fed gov; adjunct part time instructor for Env Biology at Montgomery College, MD; faculty advisor at George Mason U's annual Washington Youth Summit for the Environment
