I am a Wood Scientist and Forester with a passion for sustainability, inventing, and entrepreneurship. I hope that my work will help boost waste recovery, waste utilization, sustainability and creative problem solving, while also reducing pressures on landfills, forests, society and the planet.

Science educator and communicator with extensive teaching and laboratory experience. Skilled at engaging youth and adults of diverse cultures through presentations, hands-on demonstrations and discussion in classroom, museum, public outreach. Speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Haitian Creole and French.
