I am a Mass Audubon teacher-naturalist and the director of Joppa Flats Education Center's nature-based summer day camp for ages 6-13.

I am an educator and researcher working in the field of early childhood education with a focus on nature programs and sustainability. My current research focuses on the ways in which nature pedagogies intersect with sustainability.

I teach at a Technical College. There, I instruct courses on General Biology and Sustainability, both to non-majors students. When not working, you can usually find me out on the trails in the state, either hiking or training for another ultra.

I'm a naturalist at Trailside Nature Museum in Westchester County, New York. In addition to teaching environmental education, I'm also completing my PhD on North American river otter behavior and communication. To learn more about my research, visit www.wildotteracoustics.org.
