I am a Head Start teacher in Wisconsin. I also have and EE degree and occasionally do trainings for parent groups and educators. My husband and I have designed lessons for using the Mississippi River as a theme to infuse EE across the curriculum. My family enjoys exploring our national parks.
Yen received his Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing from Truman State University and his Master of Art in Cultural Heritage Management from University of Florida. Yen aspires to make a difference in environmental education and cultural heritage. In his free time, he enjoys staying active.
I am an artist and community organizer. I helped start and run the Wild Folk Learning Community. Wild Folk weaves together experiential, place-based learning, diverse mentorship, creative play, skill-based education, democratic decision-making, and collaborative community-building.
