Equity and inclusion must also be tackled at even larger scales – networks and systems. Dismantling racism and decolonizing education means challenging the systemic privilege and oppression. These can feel like abstract ideas, but environmental educators already have active networks, such as the state affiliates, where educators can come together to learn and share and take action.
