I am a few years into my professional career in environmental education. I have been involved in EE for 10+ years starting as a teen volunteer at my local zoo. Informal education is important to community success.
I love learning about our Earth and sharing that knowledge with everyone I meet. If you're between three and 103, you're my favorite audience! My two favorite areas of environmental education - both to learn about and teach - are foraging for wild edible plants and entomophagy (the practice of eating bugs!). That's right ... I eat bugs!
I contribute to participatory R+D and continuous improvemement process focused on environmental stewardship, justice, and advocacy learning opportunities.
