Environmental and Climate Change Activist with  a Ph.D in Environmental Education.

Kimi Waite's research and professional praxis is situated in the intersections of environmental education, geography, critical pedagogy, and social studies. She is passionate about inspiring and leading PK-12 students and teachers to take local action for global environmental change.

Exhibition and experience developer at the National Museum of Natural History. Conduct audience research and evaluation about climate, biodiversity, nature, and ecosystem functions.

Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center is a private, 501(c)(3) non-profit, accredited school dedicated to fostering awareness, enhancing respect, and promoting personal responsibility for the natural world through inspiring environmental education experiences.

I have been teaching nature and natural history for 50 years and am the winner of the New England Environmental Alliance's award for Non-Formal Education. I am a retired geology and environmental science professor but still work at Camp Pemigewassett, a camp for boys in the White Mountains of NH.
